            Assistant Accounting Manager / Senior Officer (Project)
                    Application Period: 2025-10-03 ~ 2025-12-31
                    
                    Job Duties:
- Work closely with clinical departments on workflow, daily operation and billing issues;
- Assist in developing internal procedures and guidelines related to operation;
- Develop and formulae effective financial/accounting policies and internal control procedures to improve operational efficiency;
- Assist in budget planning compilation, budget monitoring, financial projection and related management reporting;
- Review and recommend prices based on relevant pricing rules;
- Perform internal control, risk management and efficiency initiatives of the finance function;
- Collaborate with the team and clinical departments to optimise, streamline and standardise operational processes and workflows;
- Provide estimates to patients and/ or physicians before admitting patient to the hospital;
- Implement ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines;
- Professional qualification in Accounting gained from recognized professional bodies is preferred;
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in auditing and/or accounting;
- Experience in hospital/ health care related industry is preferred;
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated;
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Officer
