Job Duties

  • Work closely with clinical departments on workflow, daily operation and billing issues;
  • Provide estimates to patients and/ or physicians before admitting patient to the hospital;
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, customers, cooperate and insurance companies for payment follow up;
  • Oversee daily operation of Shroff Office and revenue management, including fees collection, refund handling, debt recovery and enquiries;
  • Perform monthly account closing and handle auditing matters;
  • Assist in developing internal procedures and guidelines related to operation;
  • Assist in budget planning compilation, budget monitoring, financial projection and related management reporting;
  • Review and recommend prices based on relevant pricing rules;
  • Perform internal control, risk management and efficiency initiatives of the finance function;
  • Implement ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines;
  • Professional qualification in Accounting gained from recognized professional bodies;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in auditing and/or accounting;
  • Experience in hospital/ health care related industry is preferred;
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated;
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office applications
